During its Comic-Con International Hall H panel, AMC Global Media officially announced that Anne Rice’s Interview with the Vampire has been renewed for Season 4, and it’s bringing one of the most beloved stories from Anne Rice’s legendary Vampire Chronicles to life.
The next chapter will be titled Anne Rice’s Queen of the Damned, adapting the iconic novel that introduces the terrifying and powerful vampire queen, Akasha.
The Immortal Universe Continues
The exciting announcement comes just days after the explosive finale of The Vampire Lestat, the series’ third season, which has quickly become one of the highest-rated television shows of the year on Rotten Tomatoes. The hit series is currently streaming exclusively on AMC+, and fans won’t have to wait long to see what’s next in the ever-expanding Anne Rice universe.
Season 4 will be executive produced and showrun by Hannah Moscovitch, marking a new era for the acclaimed gothic horror series. She’ll continue working alongside executive producers Mark Johnson and Rolin Jones.
