Official Poster Released For ‘On Swift Horses’ From Sony Pictures Classics

Sony Pictures Classics has unveiled the official poster and trailer for its upcoming drama, “On Swift Horses,” set to hit theaters on April 25, 2025.

Directed by Daniel Minahan and adapted by Bryce Kass from Shannon Pufahl’s 2019 novel, the film boasts a stellar cast including Daisy Edgar-Jones, Jacob Elordi, Will Poulter, Diego Calva, and Sasha Calle.

The narrative centers on Muriel and her husband Lee, who embark on a new life in California following Lee’s return from the Korean War. Their stability is disrupted by the arrival of Lee’s charismatic brother, Julius, a gambler with a secretive past. As a complex love triangle forms, Julius departs in search of a young card cheat he’s enamored with, prompting Muriel to explore her own desires through gambling on racehorses and pursuing an unexpected romance.

The official poster, released recently, captures the film’s romantic and dramatic essence, featuring the lead characters against a backdrop that hints at the story’s themes of longing and adventure.

The trailer offers a glimpse into the film’s emotional depth and intricate character dynamics, set against the backdrop of 1950s America. It showcases the passionate performances of Edgar-Jones and Elordi, highlighting the film’s exploration of love, identity, and the pursuit of freedom.
