Adam Sandler is back on the golf course for “Happy Gilmore 2. The highly anticipated sequel will land on Netflix this July. Happy Gilmore hit theaters back in 1996 an centered around Happy Gilmore (Adam Sandler) has ever wanted is to be a professional hockey player. But he soon discovers he may actually have a talent for playing an entirely different sport: golf. When his grandmother (Frances Bay) learns she is about to lose her home, Happy joins a golf tournament to try and win enough money to buy it for her. With his powerful driving skills and foulmouthed attitude, Happy becomes an unlikely golf hero.
A trailer was recently released the new trailer shows Gilmore ( Sandler) having some doubts about facing off against a few PGA heavyweights. But when he returns to the golf course with confidence and all hell breaks loose. The sequel will hit Netflix on July 25th.
A bunch of cast from the first film are returning for the sequel including Julie Bowen, Christopher McDonald and Ben Stiller. Some new faces in the faces include Sandler’s daughters Sadie and Sunny. Professional wrestler MJF, Bad Bunny, and Travis Kelce. Professional golfers John Daly, Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, and Bryson DeChambeau.
